Dear maths…

Dear maths,

Go and buy yourself a calculator.
I am a teenager, not a therapist.
I know you have problems in your life but I’m also not very much happy either.
I’m fed up of finding your X.
Just except the fact that she’s gone.
Move on dude!

Better solve your problems yourself than relying on everyone out there.
To love you is a matter of reputation now a days,
and to hate you is a matter of concern.
What actually it is?
Each time I tell my mom that I’ve been encountering problems, understanding you,
she’s like I’m useless, for I don’t get maths.

After a war they always sign a peace treaty. Ya?
So let’s, too.
‘Shreya- maths peace treaty’.
Once its done, maths won’t be a part of the school curriculum any more.
The one learning maths would be rusticated and I’ll be there to make sure the person is.

Yours
Maths hater.

  1. I hated mathematics, until I needed it. As luck would have it, that was when the second of the two best math teachers ever appeared and made the whole thing dance. I guess I will now rusticate! 🙂

  2. 😂 So this is what you’ ve been writing?
    Dear Y,
Don’t hate math forever. ‘Cause you’ll need it in the future. 😁 Besides you have a few more years to go and in college you can’t escape it either. 😜 You don’t need to love it. But you need to somehow embrace it. 😛

  4. I love this post!! I hate math (I’m American) too! Ugh. We go way back in terms of hate. Struggled with it all through school. It wasn’t until college until I finally realized why I hated it so much and why it was so difficult for me. It turns out I actually have dyscalculia. A math related disability.

    1. Hello Shaun,
Good to see you. Well you know hating maths isn’t a problem but loving maths is since it’s rare.😂😂😂
Oh and I had a look on your fitness posts too. You are probably a decade elder to me.😂

In 11th and 12th the only numbers in our text book were the page numbers!! Luckily that too they didn’t put as x , x+1 etc..
